Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Working with the Regional Marketing manager Central and Eastern Europe and Global Marketing department of the organization
- Analyzing market dynamic and trends, observing competitive landscape
- Developing the marketing strategy and educating the sales personnel for promoting products
- Preparing the sales estimate, and P&L for the products
- Planning the marketing strategy and educating the sales personnel for promoting products
- Coordinating with the advertisers and the media for the promotion of the medication
- Liaison with the research and development department to prepare the clinical trials schedule and the manufacturing schedule
- Collecting and analyzing the market data and client feedback
- Collaborating with National KOLs
Qualification in marketing and/or business administration is a plus
- Undertaking pharmaceutical marketing courses and attending trade conferences is also beneficial

Information about the selection process

International pharmaceutical company with the Regional Office based in Prague is searching for a candidate for the position of Product manager. He or she will have the responsibility of launching new products in the Czech market based on the requirements of the company and existing business needs.
With the aid of market research findings, the Product manager will plan launch of existing Rx products in the Czech Republic through new product indications and will be responsible for launching of new products (both Rx and OTC).
The Product manager should identify and utilize client demographics and competitive environment to market the products of the organization to target audiences. The efforts of the product manager will determine the manufacturing schedules of the organization.
