Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Obtaining profitable results by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge sharing.
- Managing the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible
- Managing the sales team 3+, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
- Assisting in the development of the regional marketing plans via providing realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans.
- Ensuring that all sales representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the Medicine Code of Conduct and Compliance.
- Planning, recruitment and control of sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters and electronic bulletins.
- Planning and implementing a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team, setting individual territory sales and commission targets and administer the commission plan.

He or she will have the responsibility for overseeing the sales operations and the company budget within given region, as well as for managing and supporting current distribution in all aspects connected with sales grows and further business expanding

Personality requirements and skills

- Bachelor’s pharmaceutical or medical degree
- No less than 5 years of working experience in pharmaceutical business at the position of Sales manager
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Qualification in marketing and/or business administration is a plus
- Fluent English, Russian speaking as a plus
