Technical Director

Wood materials industry, Czech Republic

Our client is a leading global industrial company specialising in wood materials. It has numerous production plants in Europe, Asia and the USA.

For its state-of-the-art production plant in Jihlava, Czech Republic, the company is seeking an experienced manager for the position of Technical Director.

Within this role, you will assume technical responsibility for the growth-oriented plant with four production lines and approximately 200 staff.

You will focus in particular on meeting the production orders in accordance with costs and deadlines, as well as on process and cost optimisation, quality management, personnel management and board reporting.

You are a practical person with a comprehensive technical qualification/degree, proven success in a similar role, as well as good language skills (Czech and English or German) and excellent leadership qualities.
