For an organizational change within the company we are looking for:

Operational Manager / Radiation Specialist (m/f)

Your tasks as an Operational Manager:

• Leading the entire technical and commercial team
• Developing and ensuring all company procedures and processes
• Responsible for the implementation of all business strategies
• Interface to our external sales
• Management and controlling of cost structures
• Overview of the technical processes
• General management incl. Contracts
• If necessary: supporting in the technical production of radiation sources
• Ensuring all quality and safety standards

Your profile:

• Completed technical university degree, preferably in radiation protection / environmental protection or mechanical / chemical education or commercial education in technical operations
• Management experience is a must
• Expertise and technical knowledge in radiation protection of advantage, wills to form the Radiation Safety Officer
• Good Czech (or Slovak) language skills, English and/or German beneficial
