Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a staff member for a Help Desk position in the first line support. The position is based inside of a an IT Department, which consists of 3 divisions, Technical, Business Intelligence and ERP. They work very differently but within the same department and with the same overall goals.
Your major tasks will be:
- Daily running of Client’s ticketing system
- Receiving support requests and change requests from Client’s users throughout the group
- Simple IT tasks, such as user administration (create users, handle access rights and unlock user accounts etc)
- Forwarding tickets to the correct person within the IT department whenever he/she is not able to solve it on the spot, coordination of all incoming requests to IT
