Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our client
For our Global Partner we are looking for a Translation Memory Tool Specialist/Localisation Engineer to provide technical support for translation projects in Budapest office.
Tasks
• Pre-process and post-process files for translation using a variety of localisation tools
• Troubleshoot and fix any translation memory processing issues
• Run file-checks on localised files and fix issues
• Report issues you cannot fix and track to conclusion
• Liaise with translators and other staff as appropriate to resolve issues
• Pilot processes and checklists and suggest process improvements
• Ensure localised deliverables are ready for handoff
