Job description, responsibilities and duties
ı Installation, configuration and operations of MS Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange systems (incl. Backup / restore, OS Patching)
ı 2nd and 3rd level support in the Windows environment
ı troubleshooting and performance tuning performing
ı maintenance windows (e.g. patch sessions, etc.)
ı communications with customers and partners

Personality requirements and skills
ı Minimum of 3 years of experience with administrating Windows 2008R2 / 2012, MS clustering, MS Exchange in an enterprise environment
ı PowerShell scripting skills
ı Strong troubleshooting abilities, able to work with vendor escalation as needed.
ı Work cooperatively with technical personnel in other divisions and functions to accomplish enterprise-wide goals
ı Very good English skills (oral and written), German skills are an advantage
ı desirable are ITIL and current Microsoft certifications (e.g. MCSA 2012, MCSE messaging)

ı Strong troubleshooting abilities, able to work with vendor escalation as needed.
