Cluster Sales Manager (m/f) - Contamination Control
Objective:
The Cluster Sales Manager for Contamination Control is responsible for driving the business and will manage the region towards the double digit grow. Based in the Czech Republic you will be traveling on a regular basis throughout the region.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the network of distributors and direct Pharma & Life Science Industry customers
• Organize trainings for distributor sales representatives
• Provide ongoing technical support
• Supporting the CC-Marketing-Team in marketing and promotional activities
• Track and measure the monthly sales data
• Follow and manage the key pipeline projects on a monthly basis
• Set-up and attend joint visits of key pharmaceutical customers
• Develop a KOL network and connections within the market via congresses and symposia
• Regular reporting on activities and projects to business stakeholders
• Establish efficient communication and processes within the supply chain to meet customers’ needs

Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Czech - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
• Proven track record in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales (knowledge of cleanroom is an asset)
• Bachelor's degree in science, or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills
• Deep understanding of supply chain and logistic processes
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English, knowledge of Hungarian is an advantage
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Advanced computer skills
• Capacity to influence and drive customers
• Willingness to travel
• Driving license
