Freelance accountant

Janus Worldwide is looking for Freelance Accountant for the company’s office in Brno.

Scope of the service:

- To provide general advice on accounting and taxation in the Czech Republic
- To provide advice on choosing software for accounting
- Preparation of monthly payroll for 3-5 employees
- Training of the Moscow accountant on reflection of standard accounting operations in accounting database
- Correctness control of accounting operations performed by Moscow accounting
- Preparation and submission of reports related to employee salary
- Preparation and delivery of other tax reporting forms

Expected volumes of operations:

- A monthly payroll for 3-5 employees
- Processing of 5-10 monthly bills for services related to the vital functions of the office (leasing, utilities, office supplies, office equipment etc.)
-Processing of 2-3 payments per month related to services provided to customers.
