Jobhouse Ltd., for its Customer, world-class leader in manufacturing of FMCG products is looking for a person to work in its dynamically developing plant in Debrecen area, Hungary in the position of:
Plant Controller
Location of work: Debrecen Area, Hungary
Reference number: PLANT/CON/HU
As the number two to the Plant Director, you will provide commercial insight into the financial performance of the plant and support decision making process by making business recommendations based on the financial data and analysis.
Responsibilities include:
- Controlling plant activities and KPI’s
- To support plant director with insight in developments in production and distribution costs and managing the financial results in the most optimal way
- Support of chief accountant in managing of monthly cost shifts
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Variance analysis
- Ongoing production cost review
- Coordinating plant management reporting
- Capex and inventory reporting
- Proposing plant related process improvements, savings and corrective actions
- Participating in different operational working groups and projects
Experience/Skill set required:
- Experience as plant controller, preferably in B2C FMCG company with its own logistics and seasonality
- Strong attention to detail with consistent accuracy, ability to work with large amount of data, strong analytical skills
- Hard-working, result-oriented, disciplined and organized approach to work and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines
- Demonstrated understanding of the business
- Master’s degree in Finance or related
- Fluent English and Hungarian
- Very good analytical skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent knowledge of SAP and Excel
