Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our client, international american company, we are searching for a suitable candidate for the position of „IT TEAM LEADER“
The team of 10 support specialist has been established already and the main responsibility is not only supporting and co-leading the team (along with the IT manager) but also actively participating in the the team work – support of the in-house end-users from different departments (sales, finances, reservations) within the company. Since 80% of the employees are foreigners, it is necessary to speak and write perfect english. Any other language is an advantage.
The main responsibilities:
• ensuring problem-free operation of the team
• ensuring the workflow for the department is meeting SLA, and costumer requirements and expectations
• mentoring and training not only current team members but also selecting and giving the initial training to new hires as well
• conducting related administration tasks – work analysis, coordinating the shifts, reporting
Other responsibilities include:
• providing in-house responsive technical phone support for application, hardware, OS, network, and telecom issues
• creating and maintaing accurate trouble tickets which entails recording problem/symptom, analysis performed resolution, and other information relevant to resolving the problem
• applying company policies and procedures to resolve standard and, occasionally, non-recurring issues
• system analysis and support for Internet based solutions
