IT Helpdesk specialist with French

For our client, international company engaged in business with strong background, we are looking for a candidate to a department providing internal IT services for affiliates in various countries around the world on a position:

„IT Helpdesk specialist with French“

Goal of your work:

• You will be a part of worldwide team of IT specialists, each specialist will have individual work on interesting projects
• You will be dealing with and solving functional and technical problems on a daily basis
• You will supervising processes to prevent deterioration in the quality of provided services
• Your main task will be providing corrective steps to ensure the availability and quality of IT services not only for employees

Job description:

• Ensure the reliability of IT services and increase satisfaction of clients and customers
• Improve the quality and availability of IT infrastructure (HW, SW, telecommunication, business applications, customer connection, ATM, etc.) to end users
• Creating a detailed technical documentation and standard operational procedures
• Monitoring and solving problems with IT infrastructure relating to routine operational issues including failures
• Working with internal and external clients – communication in foreign languages via phone and email
• Dealing with complex cases and cooperation with the team leader

Requirements:

• Technical high school or university education
• Experience in call center or helpdesk support in international company is advantage
• Essential is fluent FRENCH – daily use, other languages are welcomed
• High level of English is needed (C1 at least)
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions, work in quickly developing environment
• Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and also in a team
