For our client,well established international business company, we are looking for a candidate for a position of

„IT Helpdesk specialist with French“

The position provides internal IT support services for affiliates in different countries worldwide. The suitable candidate will be a part of global team of IT specialists, each specialist will have individual work on interesting projects


Job description:

• Ensure the reliability of IT services and increase satisfaction of clients and customers
• Improve the quality and availability of IT infrastructure (HW, SW, telecommunication, business applications, customer connection, ATM, etc.) to end users
• Creating a detailed technical documentation and standard operational procedures
• Monitoring and solving problems with IT infrastructure relating to routine operational issues including failures
• Working with internal and external clients – communication in foreign languages via phone and email
• Dealing with complex cases and cooperation with the team leader

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

French - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

• Technical high school or university education
• Experience in call center or helpdesk support in international company is advantage
• Essential is fluent FRENCH – daily use, other languages are welcomed
• High level of English is needed ( min. C1 level)
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions, work in quickly developing environment
• Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and also in a team
