Project lead/manager

For our important client, international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the role of:

"PROJECT LEAD/MANAGER (SSC)"

Company´s share service centre, which is based here in Prague, is undergoing internal and organisational changes and the biggest one is implementing new ERP system - SAP. Successful candidate will be responisble for handling the project from the very beginning of deployment of SAP till the very end of successful lauching and operation of the system, including optimizing processes and its functioning. Previous experience with ERP implementation is big advantage.
The role also includes close cooperation with all business units (sales, marketing, commercials, finances) within the centre along with managing the transition team working on the project.

The candidate is expected to have:

- excellent project and change management skills and capabilities
- 2-3 years of direct experience with project management ( PMI, PRINCE2, Microsoft Project)
- manager project related to SSC under CP3 Methodology
- leadership ability of broad functional teams in a corporate environment
- good understanding of accounting/finance processes like A2R, C2C, P2P, T&E
- great communication and presentation skills
- driven personality with goal oriented attitude
- very good knowledge of english language
