Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our important client, international pharmaceutical ccompany, we are searching for a suitable candidate for 2 vacancies:
"Cash Allocation Specialist with Italian or native English"
Principle accountabilities:
- Processing client´s invoices
- Resolve allocation issues with assigned country
- Proactively work on direct customer contact to get payment details
- Maintaining cash allocations master data to ensure the future cash deposits can be allocated to the correct customer account
- Ensure that GL and AR are reconciled on a periodic basis
- Ensure that all working practices follow Company´s standard policies and procedures, including health & safety and equal opportunities
Skills & Qualifications:
- The role is also suitable for fresh graduates with working experience while studying!!!
- Accounting experience (AR, AP, P2P) within a commercial organization is advantage
- Italian and English language skills to business standard or native English
- Good IT skills, particularly Excel
- Able to build trust and credibility
- Excellent attention to detail, good communication and organizationalskills
