For our longterm client, international company in travelling business, we are looking for suitable candidate for the role of
"Team leader with english"
The main responsibilities include:
- Providing subject matter expertise to team members
- Supporting organizational strategy, focus & direction, and leading a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contributing to the organizational strategy and focus for the team(s) ensuring timely and accurate processing of all offline work queues
- Supporting and monitoring KPIs and reporting tools to measure operational effectiveness.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs established for the team, ensuring consistent delivery against quality and productivity standards, including those established by customer care – for customer communication and documentation. .
- Ensuring issues are escalated, tools and resources are made available; removing barriers and obstacles preventing agents from successfully completing their work assignments; escalating to vendors and suppliers to bring satisfactory resolution to system (technology or human) failures
- Maintaining balance between big picture and moving individual issues to conclusion.

- Experience from international corporation environment, ideally share service center
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels from executive management to individual contributor
- The ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail
- Driven, goal oriented personality, yet with human approach to people
- The ability to excel in a fast paced, constant changing environment
- Time flexibility
