As our client, who is in the business of outsourcing business solutions, is expanding and enlarging its teams!!! Therefore we are looking for energetic and driven person for the role of:
„Team Manager with French“
The main responsibility is building, organization and coordination of brand new team and making sure that it is performing according to set goals and company´s standards:
- Recruiting and hiring new team members, their initial training and adaptation
- Leading and coaching the team of 10-15 people
- Arranging specialized trainings and seminars for the team
- Setting the strategy for the team, monitoring KPIs, constatnly improving the performance
- Being responsible for the communication with clients and handling any issues with them
- Administration and reporting
Our client requires:
- Proven track record of managing people and performance in a contact center environment, ideally focused on customer service/support/finances
- Working experience from international environment, ideally share service center
- Outstanding people development skills and be able to clearly communicate at all levels
- Fluent English (C1 level) and French (at least B2 level)
- Great communication skills, driven and goal oriented personality
