IT Desktop Technician

For our favourite client,well established international health care company, we are looking for established IT candidate for a position of

„IT Desktop Technician“.

Responsibilities:
- providing full desktop support (hardware, software) for the company´s office in Prague (500-550 people) and possibly other locations across Europe
- making timely and accurate diagnosis of system related problems between HW, SW and network related problems, and work in conjunction with other IT operations/engineering groups to provide resolutions
- maintaining other relevant computer peripheral devices such as monitors, printers etc.
- developping and maintaning support documents for use by all levels of support personnel as well as end-user documentation
- close cooperation with local IT team (4 people) as well as other teamm within the group abroad.

Requirements:
- fluent english spoken/written skills
- experience in 1st and 2nd level corporate IT support, ideally in international company
- experience in configuring and administrating servers, workstations/laptops and associated SW
- knowledge across all the IT - HW, SW, telephony, video teleconferencing and connectivity
- very good communication skills, flexibility, responsibility
