Manager - PtP

For our longterm client, international company in pharmacy industry, we are looking for experienced candidate for the role of

"MANAGER - PtP"


The main responsibility is leading, organizating and coordinating the team (4 supervisors and 25-35 FTEs) and making sure that it is performing according to set goals and company´s standards. We are looking for senior profile which has experience from share service center in these three main areas
- process management
- employee management
- costumer focus

The suitable candidate should have:

- Fluent English to business standard (at least C1 level)
- Experience of senior manager role
- Experience from international corporation environment, ideally share service center
- Strong personality and natural leadership
- Driven, goal oriented personality, yet with human approach to people
- The ability to excel in a fast paced, constant changing environment
- Out of the box thinking, ability to motivate, coach, mentor and inspire
