Business & Planning Analyst

For our client,well established international business company, we are looking for a candidate for a position of

„Business & Planning Analyst“

Successful candidate will become part of the Global Planning and Analysis team in Global Supply Operations (GSO). Your main task will be to build and maintain forecast models to guide and inform stakeholders around company´s business and to provide valuable day to day insights to the operations leadership team.

Job responsibilities are to:

• Develop and maintain forecast models for multiple complex back-office teams using available data to inform leadership decisions
• Communicate informed conclusions and recommendations to senior leadership and operational managers
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews covering operational metrics, including performance against stated objectives
• Design models to solve business problems and, where appropriate, manage integration of the insights into regular operational reporting
• Support departmental need for ad-hoc reporting and presentations, including business reviews and management presentations.
• Some international business travel may be required.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in an analyst role (business,resource planning), ideally in international SSC
• Experience ideally in in conducting analysis and managing initiatives for change in an operational environment
• Essential is fluent ENGLISH (min. C1 level) – daily use, other languages are welcomed
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions, work in quickly developing environment
• Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and also in a team
