For our longterm client, international company in pharmacy industry, we are looking for suitable candidate for the role of

"Credit risk supervisor"


The main responsibility is leading, organizating and coordinating new, small team of two analysts and making sure that it is performing according to set goals and company´s standards:

- Supervising the Accounts Receivable assets for all businesses ensuring that days sales outstanding (DSO), delinquency, and bad debt exposure meets or exceeds the operating plan
- Ensuring adherence to global (credit) policies, procedures and processes
- Serving as a business partner to Sales, Pricing and Customer Services to identify, analyze, communicate, and resolve a broad range of accounts receivable issues that impact D.S.O., delinquency and sales
- Serving as process leader and key contributor in integrations of internal and external businesses as it relates to Credit Services
- etc.


The suitable candidate should have:

- Fluent English to business standard (at least C1 level)
- Experience in credit collections min. of 5 years, internal controls
- Experience from international corporation environment, ideally share service center
- The ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail
- Driven, goal oriented personality, yet with human approach to people
- The ability to excel in a fast paced, constant changing environment
