Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS - one for the Czech Republic and the other for Slovakia. They will support our team in the Czech and Slovak head office located in Prague and central head office located in Aarhus, Denmark. We can offer fair treatment, cooperative colleagues and good working atmosphere in an international environment. The positions are free because are previous assistants have been promoted.

If you like to communicate with many people (also abroad), to translate from English to Czech, you are punctual, business oriented, supportive and not afraid of handling many tasks, then you are the right candidate for us. EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL IS NOT NECESSARY BUT WELCOME! POSITION AVAILABLE ALSO FOR FRESH GRADUATES.

You will refer partly to the Czech Sales and Marketing Coordinator in daily management and partly to the Sales Manager in the Danish head office.

Your areas of responsibility will be:
- Main responsiblity is to ensure Czech/ Slovak product descriptions in campaign papers are correct and following the guidelines. That requires continuous proof readings;
- Participate in the creation of texts for signs/banners and other in-store marketing materials;
- Translations and proof readings of various texts;
- Answering occasional questions from our stores.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

Our requirements to you are:
- experience with administrative routines, ideally from a similar position in a retail company (not a must);
- detail oriented;
- team player approach;
- time management skills;
- ability to keep non-negotiable deadlines;
- stress resistance;
- Czech or Slovak as native language;
- very good level of English, knowledge of Danish is an advantage;
- flexibility (time-to-time travel to Denmark – aprox. 2 times a year).
