Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

Targeting new customers + OEM manufacturers and distributors

Responsibility for sales and services for existing customers

Achieve growth and hit sales targets

Responsibility for central Europe sales

Information about the selection process

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industrial expertise
• Familiarity with medical equipment market
• B2B sales experience including contractual and regulatory aspects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Relevant degree in business administration or a related field

Language skills

German - Proficiency (C2) and
English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

high negotiation skills, motivation for Sales, processes management, market knowledge, sales budget planning and control, team player, multi-tasking + ability to prioritize tasks, coping with frequent organizational changes
