KompiTech IT Services provide IT Service to businesses in Switzerland and across Europe. KompiTech with its headquarters in Zürich offers various services which are provided to enterprise as well as small-medium sized businesses.
For our office in Prague, we are currently looking for an IT Support to serve our clients better, and who is willing to work in a flexible and innovative team.
OFFERED JOB: IT SUPPORT
Job requirements:
-1st and 2nd Level Support
-Microsoft Windows technical support experience
-Ticketing tools experience
-Escalating issues to 3rd level support team
-Active Directory experience
-Knowledge of any programming language is a plus
-Ability to work in an international team
-Customer oriented skills
-Fluent English and Czech, German is an advantage
