IT System Specialist

We are currently looking for an IT system specialist who is enthusiastic to work in a young dynamic and innovative team in Prague in providing quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities
- Providing support to our clients mainly in English
- Help with coordinating field engineers shifts and call duties
- Installation and management of Microsoft Servers Windows 2012 Standard and R2
- Installation and management of other Microsoft Applications like Lync, Active Directory, SQL Server
- Working with the team in managing our Microsoft Dynamics CRM and AX system
- Exchange Server management
- Supporting implementation of other Microsoft system or applications.
- Liaise with our partners to meet SLA

Your Technical Skills
- Higher education in IT or equivalent
- Excellent experience with Windows Servers Operating System
- Know how of Active Directory, Exchange and SQL Server
- Knowledge with any Unified Communication system (e.g. Microsoft Lync)
- Previous experience working for a cloud service provider or IT provider company is a plus
- Good knowledge of Powershell is required
- Good networking knowledge
- Experience with VOIP solutions
