We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Service team in our office in Prague.

Responsibilities:
• Processing email and phone requests from customers and suppliers
• Request monitoring to follow-up or escalations management to closing the request
• Coordinating with other members of the team

Your Profile:
• Friendly personalities
• Highly conversational and clear communicator skills
• Proficiency in English, other languages will be a bonus
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and Outlook.
