Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Process Specialist (Business Process Renewal Program) for KONE Business Services in Bratislava. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours to maximize collaboration with key stakeholders and responsible to handle the operations.

The ideal candidate will be accountable for ensuring the efficient execution of activities within the E2E workstream (S2C, S2P, R2R) processes. A pivotal aspect of this role involves facilitating the successful deployment and user acceptance of S4 HANA by focusing on localization design, pre-deployment readiness, process documentation, and training initiatives

About the Process Specialist Role:

This role plays a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and user adoption of S4 HANA by focusing on user acceptance testing (UAT) support, localization design, process documentation, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

UAT Support:
- Support in providing accurate and timely data for testing various functionalities of the new ERP system.
- Coordinate and manage the UAT process, including test script definition, validation, and execution.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between testers, developers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure successful test completion.

Localization Design:
- Participate in localization design workshops to understand business requirements and ensure the adapted system aligns with regional needs.
- Provide valuable insights and suggestions based on process expertise and user understanding.

Deployment Support:
- Leverage process expertise to serve as a trainer and conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for internal staff and key users.
- Support the final dress rehearsals and cutover activities, ensuring smooth system launch and data migration.

Process Documentation:
- Collaborate with BPR teams to update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other process documents to reflect changes introduced by the new ERP system.
- Ensure clear and concise documentation that effectively guides users through new processes and functionalities.
- URD Preparation

Parallel Project Impact Assessment:
- Proactively identify any parallel projects that could impact the ERP implementation, particularly on data quality, processes, and timelines.
- Analyze the potential impact of these projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure data consistency.

Deliverables:
- Successful completion of UAT cycles with comprehensive test reports and identified resolutions.
- Participation in localization workshops and documented contribution to design decisions.
- Comprehensive change impact assessment reports with mitigation strategies.
- Effective training delivery and support for end users during system deployment.
- Updated SOPs and other process documents reflecting new system functionalities.
- URD aligned with business needs and technical feasibility.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement or related field.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and reengineering methodologies.
- Experience with user acceptance testing and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Desired Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with training development and delivery is a plus.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools is a plus.
