Job description, responsibilities and duties

The department of Maintain deals with providing services to KONE units in the area of creation and modification of contracts and master data, ensures correct billing and back reporting.

The responsibilities of the Junior Process Manager are the following:

Responsibilities of service towards KONE units:
• To understand business needs of KONE units
• To drive the teams to build a service management culture towards the units
• To communicate proactively with the units when escalations are identified, changes or potential impacts are foreseen
• To lead regular service improvement reviews with controllers of the units, to share relevant dashboards regularly
Operational Management Responsibilities
• To be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the services delivered
• To manage daily operations and support escalations
• To be responsible for the targets of the department and teams budget and to deliver regular status reports and action plans
People Management Responsibilities
• To support Process Manager in areas of Leadership, Service management and HR management
• To be responsible for a team of 40 employees supported by Team Leaders
• To promote collaboration between Team Leaders and Process Specialists
• To support teams in achieving their targets by understanding challenges and giving guidance
• To ensure Quality and Service mindset within teams
• To manage and efficient team culture and ensure high level of employee engagement
• To develop the competence level of the employees

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree, in Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of work experience, 3 years in a leadership position
• Management experience in an international environment
• Understanding of transactional processes
• Experience in a shared service centre is an asset
• Positive mindset
• Target focus
• Effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Other European languages including Slovak is an advantage
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
