Job description, responsibilities and duties

Administrative clerk with financial and accounting background, who will be responsible for:
•Booking invoices in SAP within the agreed SLA
•Validates the documentation and seeks any required additional information, documentation or approval from the country
•Executes quality checks at various stages of the process and keeps the quality statistics up to date
•Reports time and other process performance data on a daily basis as required
•Daily reconciliation and corrective actions, if needed
•Identify issues and discuss with or escalate to team leader
•Deliver input for proper reporting
•Takes responsibility on complex processing activities. Processes transactions or guides other team members on the correct interpretation and execution of instructions.
•Participation in team meetings, process analysis and improvement/harmonization actions (calls, meetings)
•Act as a super user on process and / or application level within the team
•Perform other tasks as allocated by team leaders, managers relating to reporting and other SSC processes
•Analyses complex cases for correct registration
•Identifies the right contacts in the business and maintains a working relationship with the key business roles involved in the process

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Russian - Intermediate (B1)

•Intermediate English, Russian language is an advantage.
•Secondary school education/University education, preferably in Finance, Economics or business administration.
•Experience in Finance, Administration or Sales is an advantage
•Experience with projects is advantage
•Experience with SAP is an advantage
•Efficient use of Microsoft Office, advanced user in Microsoft excel is an advantage
