If your answer is YES to these questions, let us present you a job opportunity with the following scope of responsibilities:
•Contribute in development, maintenance and improvement of the support provided by Learning & Development processes including KONE Learning or Workday
•Review the processes from centralized HR Service delivery perspective to provide input for the HR Services Lead and Centers of Expertise
•Provide input for the Center of Expertise for process development through continuous improvement & LEAN methodology to simplify the ways of working
•Analyze HR Learning & Development processes related employee or other stakeholder experience
•Improve the end user experience for Learning & Development related service delivery by providing process improvement suggestions to HR Services global core team and Center of Expertise
•Help SSC operations to understand the KONE Way and improve its efficiency and service level
•Act as the SSC representative towards Learning & Development Center of Expertise
•Help the Core HR COE to understand, implement, improve SSC support and harmonize with the KONE way
•Analyze and document the as is processes and related roles and responsibilities in the service set-up phase
•Train HR Services team regarding Learning & Development processes including the related Workday functionalities
•Supports SSC operations to implement quality improvement initiatives.
•Maintain a strong working relationship with HR process and solution owners in the Learning & Development Center of Expertise
•Training & supporting the new joiners (HR administrators) and end users
•Continuous documentation and development of the knowledge base, process and RACI documentation.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Economic backgroud / HR and IT background

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Human Resources - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

•Experience and knowledge in different HR processes with special focus on Learning&Development areas of expertise both in business HR and HR SSC environment
•IT knowledge (MS Office on advanced level) and knowledge of HR tools, ideally Workday or similar
•Strong account management focus, experience in continuous improvement (e.g. six sigma, lean etc.)
•Service concept/process development experience is an advantage.
•Empathy and true service mindset to ensure great employee experience for the service delivery
•Presentation and communication skills, ability to review and train processes from different user groups perspectives
•Attention to detail.
•Reporting capability based on pre-defined requirements.
•Strong communication skills to be able to create clarity for shared service center and customers.
•Strong working language skills both in writing and spoken required for at least English and ideally for one of the following languages: French, German, Finnish, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Russian, Czech, Hebrew, Polish, Norwegian, Slovakian, Turkish, Danish and Arabic.
