Job description, responsibilities and duties
This person will be responsible for managing the company's sales business in the whole country. The primary objective of this role will be to drive sales growth. This person will strive to achieve this by building strong relationships with customers, developing and implementing strategic plans.
Some of the key responsibilities as Country Sales Manager will be:
* To develop and successfully execute sales plans in line with company objectives.
* To set up sales team in the region.
* To set short and long term strategic objectives to ensure future growth and profitability of the business;
* To forecast sales volume in key Partners and identify new Partners.
* To manage and motivate the sales force in the region. This includes setting forecasts and targets, mentoring and coaching the sales team.
* To drive the performance and manage the development of the sales force in the region.
* To develop and maintain strong working relationships with key decision makers
* To resolve customer complaints.
* To understand and stay up-to-date with the dynamics of the local markets
