Sales Representative
The person working on this position will be responsible for sales to distributors, retailers and end-customers. The person will build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, participate in trade fairs, build brand of the products, as well as analyze the current market situation and make reports.The post includes activities in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.
This person will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships with clients and international and local networks
- Maximizing brand awareness and communicating new product opportunities
- Selling, ordering products and introducing promotions
- Developing new business opportunities
- Inform clients on product changes
- Trade negotiations
- Offer the best exposure and availability of products in stores
- Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommending changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- University degree
- Very good knowledge of the Czech and English languages - must have
- Very good knowledge of Polish language – an advantage
- Experience in a similar position and knowledge of the industry will be a major asset
- Experience in HoReCa channel will be an advantage
- Market knowledge would be highly beneficial
- Skills to build relationships and focus on customers
- Good communication skills
- Driving license
