Our client, a Leading Global Business have a great opportunity for
Finance Administrators to join their vibrant and multicultural team based in Prague

As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring that supplier invoices are posted and paid according to their payment terms
• Verifying that bookings in the system follow the proper accounting standards and procedures
• Performing activities related to Procure-to-pay targets and requirements with a sense of driving standardisation
• Keeping Procure-to-pay clients satisfied with constant improvement of client’s services
• Performing additional tasks as set by Team Lead and acting as their backup on operational level activities giving you a chance to develop leadership skills

Minimum education required

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Skills

Language skills:
English - intermediate

Personality requirements and skills

As a Finance Administrator you will have:
• High School level education; relevant university degree will be considered a plus
• Previous experience in a related role, particularly within Accounts Payable, General Accounting or Procurement will be an advantage,
• Good command of English and with strong knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Dutch, German, French; knowledge of Czech is not essential
• Good computer skills: competent in the use of MS office package, previous experience of working with SAP will be an advantage
