Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
This position will be responsible for service model strategy, design and deployment for Lenovo's MOBILE BUSINESS UNIT products, including smartphones, tablets and other "digital home" items. This role will act as the EMEA service management interface into the MBG business unit to ensure alignment on service strategy, operational issue resolution (if required, in support of the Operations, for example on NPI and parts shortage), of IT/Web requirements, cost and CSAT objective setting and achievement. He/she will coordinate (with direct or shared reporting - TBD) the MBG dedicated resources in the EMEA Service sub-regions.

- Experience with hardware New Product Introduction processes
- Ability to present to customers, partners and internal senior executives
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work across cultures
