Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Claim Analyst is responsible for managing claims, disputes, assists our Business Partners in Central Region (Germany, Austria & Switzerland)
on the claim filing process and claim management.
The responsibilities involve checking claims and disputes submitted from Business Partners against Lenovo Sales
Bids, verifying their eligibility for disbursements.
The verification process involves amongst others price, part number, serial number analysis through various
databases and credit execution through SAP.

Main responsibilities
• Interface with Lenovo Sales teams and Business Partners about outstanding claims.
• Liaise with Business Partners under your responsibility about problematic areas during the claims and dispute
handling process execution.
• Maintain departmental key performance indicators.
• Build and maintain trust between the BPD team and the Business Partner under your responsibility.
• Ensure that Business Partner claims and disputes are processed in an accurate way and that they are paid in a
timely manner.
• Involvement in departmental projects e.g. process improvements, process adjustments.

The Claim Analyst reports directly to the Central Region CFO and is part of the Accounts Receivable & Financial Claims team located in Bratislava.

Position Requirements: Education:
• Degree or Equivalent Business experience.
Experience:
• Previous experience in handling financial claims or any kind of customer support experience.
Computer skills:
• Advanced MS Office user.
• Experience in databases, reporting tools, SAP is an advantage.
Languages:
• Fluent English and German
