Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- position is specified to support computers in production - 70% of PLC programming, 30% updating programs, working with databases, installation,
- person who is part of a team of maintenance workers who are focused on mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, Sensorics and electrical maintenance work,
- responsible for the daily maintenance activity for the production lines PCs on the shopfloor, respecting time and procedures,
- perform predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance following timing and procedures,
- daily maintain status of antivirus, backup, patch level, OS, network and hardware/interfaces of shopfloor computers,
- perform purge and maintenance of traceability database (size, content),
- maintain functionality of traceability and control process on shopfloor,
- use systematic approach to monitoring of shopfloor IT environment and corrective actions,
- closely cooperate with respective teams involved in production process,
- take part at improvement teams,
- work in 3-shift pattern…
