Job description, responsibilities and duties
* We are looking for attracting, developing & engaging talents for European headquarter and manufacturing facilities of multinational company around Europe for positions like Quality Manager, Value Stream Manager and Industrial Engineering Manager. Chosen candidates will be part „talent management program“ with individual educational program and personal development plan. Became first members of global project teams focused on challenging project for company sites around Europe with opportunity to takeover Managerial positions in company structures in the future. Place of work could be in one of company manufacturing plants around Europe or according project – will be specified later. Mission and main responsibilities will be related to projects and activities within the area of competence (quality/value stream/industrial engineering) as:
* Ensure targets achievement in terms of productivity, quality, service level, continuous improvement and people empowerment
* Define, plan and optimize all available resources and budget in order to achieve targets
* Define and communicate individual and group targets
* Ensure performances results and KPI's publishing
* Guarantee Problem Solving strategies and drive improvements of all dimensions (performance, quality, durability, reliability)
* Consolidate and maintain the manufacturing operational excellence (example; organizational structure, systems, tools, processes, procedures, methods and concepts)
* Participate to new product launch activities
* Ensure good team-working environment, conflict negotiation, group communication
