Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Support and coaching Scrum teams with regard to testing and test automation
* Create test cases and test scenarios based on technical requirements
* Perform manual and automated testing, and subsequent analysis and reporting of results
* Fault management and identification of sources of error
* Planning and execution of load and stress tests for server applications
* Build a modern testing infrastructure with the aim of a high grade of automation
* Maintenance and improvement of automated test scripts
* Structuring and organizing the test cases , unit testing and test scripts

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* Practical experience in software development and test automation (JUnit, BDD, UI testing, etc.)
* Professional experience in the areas of quality assurance and software testing
* Practical experience with BDD / TDD and the use of tools such as Cucumber and Fitnesse
* Experience with agile processes and agile testing is advantageous
* Certification as an ISTQB Certified Tester or similar desirable but not mandatory
* Excellent communication skills, willingness to learn and self-reliance and initiative to draw from
* Enjoy working in and with a highly motivated team in a very diverse environment
* Very good German and English skills
