Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Daily monitoring of applications and routing of issues to the appropriate team including status tracking
* Level 2+ service requests and assist support staff to resolve level 2+ service requests
* Configure and administer PI components (Integration Tools, SAP Web AS ABAP/Java, etc.)
* Day-to-day support of all production applications
* Develop, maintain and enforce standard processes, including processes for design and documentation in accordance with SAP and organizational standards
* Cooperation with SAP teams
* Ensuring that SLAs are met
* Performance monitoring and troubleshooting
* Identify improvements and opportunities to raise performance
* Providing the Team Leader with regular progress updates
* Level 2+ service requests and assist support staff to resolve level 2+ service requests

* Min. 2 years of SAP PI/XI implementations, designing or development of integration scenarios (File, HTTP, IDOC, RFC, SOAP)
* Experience in PI 7.1 or related Technologies
* Experience with Linux/Redhat environments is an advantage
* Knowledge of ABAP language and JAVA Mapping is a plus
* Flexibility and proactive approach
* Ability to multitask, results driven approach
* Communicative English
