Commodity Specialist (MRO) and Commodity Specialist (Marcom)

* Drive an European level strategy for indirect projects on MRO or Marcom:
* - indirect productivity for EMEA,
* - AWPT,
* - supply base optimization,
* - process optimization,
* - productivity and cost saving project definition and deployment in a global business,
* - SAP/CS&P EMEA project implementation with local buyers,
* For MRO position - Maintenance, Repair, Overhall - candidate must have experience in sourcing the maintenance of production plants (spare parts, machinery, plant) - will support only plants,
* For Marcon position - specializes in buying in marketing - will interact with people from marketing and sales organizations…
* - maintain an approved sourcing process including systems, policies and procedures,
* - supporting 15 production plants in UK, Germany, CZ and Hungary,
* - be the European focal point in ACS/ Corporate negotiations and lead European level negotiations for the region,
* - lead European buying team to identify and select approved suppliers capable of providing product solutions that meet established requirements for the commodity,
* - manage pricing that meets target costs,
* - support the implementation of agreements w/ strategic suppliers,
* - work with regional leaders and buyers to assure that coordinated indirect commodity strategies are linked across all European global sites,
* - interface with Regional managers, factory site leader and site buyers to drive productivity and savings, supplier performance within the region,
* - responsibility for conclusion of contracts negotiating with suppliers, identification of new suppliers,
