Sales Backoffice & Customer Relations Specialist (m/f)

Your tasks:
-) Managing all incoming orders / inquiries (mail, fax, e-mail)
-) Telephone correspondence with internal and external customers
-) Support the sales team in various aspects of order processing
-) Reception and processing of customer complaints
-) Provide information on inquiries concerning delivery and logistics
-) Data entry and data maintenance
-) Assistance with Credit Risk Management
-) Clarification and handling of accounting differences
-) Various administrative tasks

Your profile:
-) Completed higher school education or completed commercial apprenticeship
-) 1-2 years of professional experience in the Customer Service area and/or Sales Back Office
-) Very good English and Swedish language skills - spoken and written (level C1), Danish or Norwegian is beneficial
-) Experienced user of MS Office (Word / Excel / Outlook)
-) Microsoft Dynamics NAV knowledge beneficial
-) Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented personality
