Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for administrative support in office. It means processing claims, communication with clients and financial officies – written and verbal. In 2016 we plan to expand to German & Austrian market and we need someone for make occasionally presentation for our partners as well.

In this role you will:

- Preparing and processing claims for financial authorities to different European countries
- Maintaining good relations with customers
- Manage and update databases
- Daily work with our CRM system
- Associated administration
- Communication(written and verbal) with german speaking clients and financial authorities
