ERP Project and Rollout Manager (Microsoft Dynamics AX)

Your role
  • You will lead the global rollout of our new ERP system (15 subsidiary companies)
  • You are the first point of contact for our ERP implementation partners
  • Together with our IT department and the ERP application manager, you are responsible for the operation, optimisation (continuous improvement) and further development of the ERP system
  • You coordinate the global Key Users and develop ERP competencies within the company
  • You continually monitor the overall budget, the timeline and the rollout strategy
  • Together with the local rollout managers, the Key Users and the applications manager, you ensure the overall success of the rollout
  • You examine the feasibility and economic viability of change requests and manage their implementation
  • You monitor the process documentation and the creation of training documents, and manage the training of staff
Your qualifications
  • Education/experience in the field of process optimisation, e.g. as an industrial engineer (or similar alternative education)
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the field of ERP (compulsory)
  • Ideally Microsoft AX implementation and/or rollout experience in a globally active company
  • Experienced project manager and stakeholder manager
  • Very good coordination, project management and communication skills
  • Ability to think conceptually and to quickly understand challenges and concepts
  • Strong affinity for process optimisations
  • Outgoing, communicative and proactive personality
  • Ability to get things done, highly motivated
  • Experience of working in an international environment
  • Very good English and German (both written and spoken)
