Act as first point of contact for any client's (IBM's) customer, partner or employee.

Providing support by telephone and email.
Provide front office support to customers by answering requests, resolving customer issues
Documenting and communicating actions taken for the Service Categories related to:
Pre-sales support
Post-sales ssupport
General Enquiry
Information request
Request to connect
Work towards the goal of meeting the established quality, productivity and customer satisfaction requirements
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain centre’s tools and infrastructure

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2) and French - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Good oral and written communication skills - English, German and French
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize complex tasks and issues as required
• Self-motivated, able to handle peak workloads
• Must demonstrate good teaming skills
• High personal organization and commitment to excellence
• Enthusiastic and flexible
• preferable experience in similar area and customer experience and advantage
• good telephone skills, ability to learn IBM specific internal tools and processes
