Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for the business solution architects for banking projects able to utilize their capability and expertise in designing new banking solution architecture, able to effectively communicate with internal business clients, lead the business design works in project teams and co-operate with technical teams on the end-to-end solution architecture designs.

Your role:
Responsible for the design of business part of the solution architecture in different business domains.
Communicate with internal business clients, seek for solution architecture alternatives, recommend and justify those best supporting the business strategy.
Lead the business team and co-operate with technical teams on the end to end solution architecture design in project delivery.
Apply architecture principles, guidelines, standards, reference architecture, patterns and frameworks to deliver consistent and cost effective solutions.
Articulate the architecture/design in analytical diagrams and support the technical team to implement the solutions.
Support business development, participate on non-project architecture activities.

Your profile
University degree.
At least 3 years’ experience as business analyst, business architect or solution architect.
Modeling techniques using BPMN, UML is necessary.
Banking domain knowledge in more than one of the following areas: Customer Relationship Management, Pre-sales, Sales, Deposits, Loans, Payments, Cards, Internet or Mobile Banking, Mobile Banking, Analytical CRM/BI, Risk Management, Credit Scoring , Trade Finance, Insurance is an advantage.
Solid experience in large system implementation, in banking is an advantage.
Experience in dealing with clients to collect functional and non-functional requirements, proposing the solution architecture (organization, actors, products, processes, functions, information).
Capable of engaging with various stakeholders, good verbal, negotiation and presentation skills, patient, assertive and persuasive in communication.
Good written and spoken English.
Knowledge of BMM, Lean or Six Sigma, TOGAF, CMMI, ArchiMate, experience in application architecture design is an advantage.
