Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of Position:

IMAC coordinator has the overall responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the inventory database.

- Updating the inventory database to reflect changes to physical description of inventory (hardware and software), demographic data changes, financial data changes (e.g. ownership, warranty data)
- Running periodic inventory reports, periodic variance reports and reconciling any variances Inventory controller assists the inventory database administrator with the reconciliation.
- The inventory controller feeds the data from the systems, which need to be reconciled, to the reconciliation engine

Job Description:

• Communication with customers (by phone or email) in French or Russian/Czech and in English
• Asset management (inventory, hardware,software, financial data)
• Escalate queries to appropriate personnel if required (in English)
• Ensure consistent productivity and quality of customer service
• Administration associated with statistics and databases

• Very good verbal and written communication skills in French or Russian/Czech and English
