Job description, responsibilities and duties
In this role you will act as 2nd level support for customer desktops, performing troubleshooting on operation system and application errors that could not be resolved by the 1st level support team. Based on the received tickets you will contact back the customers in order to solve their technical issues.
This position gives you opportunity to manage your own time and practice your problem solving and analytical skills on daily basis. Technical affinity and fluency in French or German (Or Russian and Czech) in this job.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Contact end users in order to follow up on the logged tickets
• Analyze the problem and find path to its resolution
• Remotely perform software break/fix activities
• Update and close tickets on regular basis
• Provide trainings to the end users as well as 1st level support agents
Your profile:
• Fluency in French or German and English
• Previous experience in a technical support role
• Customer orientation and strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong organization, analytical and self-management ability
• IT skills: background in OS Windows, Networks
• Appreciation of IT environment
