MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Data entry
• Updating spreadsheets
• Responsible for performing accurate and timely transactions regarding overtime, etc.
• Managing the dispute resolution proces
• Working with clients (phone/e-mail communication)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of a High School diploma (A-level), University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics is preferred
• Fluent English is must - language of the company (German is advantage)
• Administrative experience (data entry, accounting administration)
• MS Office – advanced (mainly Excel)
• Interest in accounting / finance
• Accuracy and flexibility
