HR Specialist for international company

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:

• Coordinating and administering specific CSS HR process/scope areas such as employee benefit programs, employee relations, etc.
• Support to company employees (be the first point of contact for them)
• HR agenda
• Maintaining employee data and files
• Compensation and benefits administration regarding Off-boarding and Exit Interviews, Pensions, etc.
• Responsible for supporting on-boarding of new employees
• Responsible for interpreting and advising on Company policies and procedures for employees and managers
• Participate in projects and migrations as needed
• Cooperation with other internal HR/Payroll/DM/Finance departments

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR from big international company (preferably SSC)
• Knowledge of SAP
• Experience with project management is a plus
• Fluent in English is must (knowledge of German or French or Italian would be an asset)
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge is a plus
• Excellent written and communication skills
