• Manages and engages the team of workers, team leaders and mechanics in the production
• Sets the direction of the operations team to secure the long term competitiveness of the plant
• Motivates and develops the team, determines results, works on increasing the efficiency of processes
• Cooperates with other departments of the site, drives the supportive culture and team spirit of the whole site
• Suggests and drives necessary structural and organization changes based on the actual and future needs

• Strong record of leadership experience within production/operations (teams of around 100people)
• Focus on people, ability to communicate with diverse personalities and to motivate and develop the team
• Strategic mind and conceptual thinking
• Energy and willingness to challenge current state of operations/processes and drive changes to optimize them
• Fluent English and Czech language
